Who am I ? 
Does red blood 
Flow through my veins 
And a red heart 
Beat in my chest 
How can I, I like a flower 
Survive without roots 
Sweet nourishment from my Mother Earth 
And Father Sky 
Red blood, Yes Red blood 
Flows through in my veins

Because the Mind and Spirit
